Your wellness is our top priority. We have elevated our cleanliness processes to include the following:
- Contactless check-in available for Marriott Bonvoy members
- Keyless room entry available for Marriott Bonvoy members
- Seating plans for public areas following social distancing guidelines
- Sanitasion stations throughout the hotel public areas and masks on request
- Elevated santisation of common areas – high contact areas area cleaned at least every 2 hours using EcoLab products which exceeds the government recommendations
- Contactless meal delivery for in-room dining
- Sealed cutlery and contact free glassware
- Our staff sanitise after every interaction
- Dishwasher over 80? to sanitise cutlery and crockery.
Meetings & Events will also receive elevated cleanliness processes:
- Seating plans for meetings and events following social distancing guidelines
- Sanitisation stations in every meeting room including sanitiser and disinfecting wipes (masks and gloves available on request)
- Temperature checks for all guests entering the event space
- Outdoor break space in the fresh open air on the Pier
- Individual meals (not shared) per attendee
- Contactless meal delivery
- Desks sanitised after every guest
