‘Pier One Sydney Harbour – Winter Igloo’ Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 8 days prior. For late cancellations or no shows, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the hire fee and minimum spend that will be applied to the credit card on file.
Terms & Conditions
- Credit card required to guarantee booking. A $300 deposit is held upon booking + 2.5% CC surcharge.
- 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 8 days.
- Bookable for maximum 10 people.
- A 10% Public Holiday surcharge applies.
- Booking durations are strictly 2.5 hours. Failure to depart on time incurs a $500 penalty fee.
- A hire fee applies. A minimum spend on food and drinks applies. Any remaining minimum spend balance will be charged as additional hire fee. There is a required food component of each booking, making up part of the minimum spend.
- Food & drinks must be pre-ordered at least 4 days prior to booking. If no pre-order is received, the default food package will be automatically applied to the booking at $60 pp, contributing to the minimum spend.
- No BYO food or drinks permitted. A $500 penalty fee applies if found. Bag checks may be conducted. An exception is made for cakes, however Pier One takes no responsibility for any claim of sickness related to cakes provided by an external source.
- External decorations are permitted, however a $200 cleaning fee applies if any external decorations/rubbish are left behind. No confetti permitted.
- No DJs or external entertainment permitted.
- No Bucks or Stag parties permitted.
- A smart casual dress code applies.
- All guests must comply with Pier One Sydney Harbour’s RSA Standards and Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the venue.
- For guest and staff safety, access to the suite by our wait staff and security will be regular, Suite door remains open and unlocked, and entry to the suite must be permitted at all times.
- No smoking anywhere in the Hotel, Igloo suite and on the balcony.
- If booking an overnight stay experience, only two guests are permitted to stay in the suite past 9:30 pm. All other guests must depart the room by 9:30 pm. An overnight fee applies. If staying overnight, 10:00 am check-out time applies the next day. A $500 penalty fee applies if checked out after 10:00 am.
